We offer you the purchase of Crispy Flavor articles on our online shop.
Below, we would like to present our General Terms and Conditions, which we apply to all orders you place through our online shop.

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
Binding Order: The presentation of services and products in the online shop is only an invitation to place an order. Only by clicking the displayed confirmation button (for example, "buy now" or "order") do you place a binding order for the articles on the order page.
Order Confirmation: We will immediately confirm the receipt of your order by email after you have submitted the order. A binding contract is only concluded with the receipt of the order confirmation.
Deadlines: If deadlines are specified as working days in these General Terms and Conditions, we understand this to mean all days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

PRICES AND COSTS
Prices: The prices listed at the time of the order in the offer apply. The prices stated are exclusive of the respective valid statutory value-added tax.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are charged separately.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The prices published on the website on the order date apply to you.
Due Date: The purchase price and any shipping costs become due upon conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise provided in the respective valid General Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENTS
Payment Methods: We only accept the payment methods displayed to you during the ordering process. We reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods for each order and to refer to other payment methods. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts in Switzerland and within the European Union (EU). Any costs of a money transaction are to be borne by you.
Credit Card Payments: In the case of purchase by credit card, your credit card account will be charged immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

DELIVERIES
Delivery Location: We will usually deliver the articles you ordered to the address stated in the order within 3 working days. If a longer delivery period is necessary, we will inform you before the expiry of this time. If you are not at home, we or our delivery partner are authorized to deposit your delivery simply in front of your front door or according to your deposit instructions, which you can leave at the end of the order.
Partial Deliveries: We are entitled to make partial deliveries and partial services at any time, as long as they are reasonable for you. If we carry out partial deliveries, we will assume the additional shipping costs.

WARRANTY GUARANTEE
General: Our liability for our own fault as well as that of our employees, legal representatives, and agents is limited to intent.
Warranty for Defects: The respective valid statutory warranty for defects applies. The delivered articles are to be inspected by you as quickly as possible at the time of delivery, and any defects are to be reported to us in writing immediately. For defects that were not obvious at the time of delivery of the articles, you must inform us in writing about every defect within 3 working days from the time you became aware of the defect; otherwise, the defect is considered accepted by you.
Defect-Free Replacement: We expressly reserve the right to provide defect-free replacement in the event of claimed and identified defects in the articles.

RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as food.
We grant you a return right of a total of 14 days from receipt of the goods. You can withdraw from the contract by sending the goods back to us within 14 days after receiving the goods (period begins the day after receipt of the goods). Timely dispatch is sufficient to comply with the deadline. However, a prerequisite for exercising the right of return is that you return the goods complete and undamaged. In addition, we ask that you return the goods in the original packaging to us. The right of return does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers, if it is already stored in your customer account, and not to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature (such as opened cosmetic products, for hygienic reasons). 

VOUCHERS
Redemption of Vouchers: Vouchers are only redeemed for the purchase of our articles - before completing the order process - under the conditions shown on the voucher, but not for the purchase of further vouchers. It is not permissible to sell vouchers.
Remaining Credit and Difference Amount:
